2. The service
Neme AI provides device connectivity, agent task orchestration, remote supervision, and related cloud services. Some features depend on third-party devices, networks, and stores, and availability may be affected by them.
We may change, add, or retire features as the product evolves, and will give reasonable notice where appropriate.
3. Accounts and devices
You must keep account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Before binding a device, confirm that you are authorised to control it. If you suspect unauthorised use, act promptly and notify us through the support page.
4. Acceptable use
When using the service, you must not:
- violate laws or infringe the rights of others;
- endanger personal safety, public safety, or property;
- access devices, accounts, networks, or data without authorisation;
- interfere with the service or bypass safety and permission mechanisms;
- use the service in high-risk scenarios prohibited by law.
5. Real-world safety
Robots and related devices can cause injury or property damage. You must follow device instructions and site safety rules, remain present where supervision is required, and keep a reliable way to stop operations in an emergency.
Agent outputs and actions can be wrong. High-risk tasks should require human approval, and the service should not be used where absolute safety is required.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, interfaces, trademarks, and content, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as expressly permitted. Device data and content you provide remain yours or the relevant rights holders'.
7. Third-party services
App distribution, updates, and payments may be provided by third parties such as the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Device manufacturers' services may also have separate terms.
8. Changes and suspension
We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, security, or events beyond our control. If you materially breach these terms or the law, we may restrict or terminate your access.
